Located on 1 acre of private grounds. Newly remodeled comfortable, fully stocked, 3 level house with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10. Multiple places to relax inside and out with amazing views of lake and mountains in the distance. A property to be enjoyed in all seasons. Outside areas include, screened in porch with fans, 3 decks with seating, outdoor dining area and charcoal BBQ, large fire pit, outside gazebo with fans. Double dock on quiet cove on Lake Nottely to enjoy swimming & various water sports during warmer months.
On the main level there is a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, including microwave, coffee maker; double oven, toaster and so much more - see amenities list. Breakfast bar seating for 3. Dining area off the kitchen, seats 10. An inviting wood paneled living room with gas fireplace, for use during the cooler months, along with 55" smart TV , a selection of family games and books to relax and unwind, taking in the spectacular views. Walk out onto the deck to enjoy the outdoor eating area and a charcoal BBQ for your cook out. Maybe the favorite place to hang out is the screened-in porch, with fans and ample comfortable seating; nick named the “Tree House” as it is surrounded by nature.
Top level contains 3 bedrooms, master king has private bathroom with rain shower & 2 sinks, private deck with views of the lake, office area with printer, smart TV, convertible single sofa sleeper. 2nd king bedroom has smart TV, 1/2 bath. 3rd bedroom has double bed with chair that turns into optional single bed. Full bathroom with tub & rain shower.
Basement faces out to beautiful lake views, contains queen bed, seating area, gas fireplace, full bathroom. On opposite side of dividing wall pool table, area. Separate room with washer/drier. Sliding door access to outside patio, corn hole and back yard with steps down to fire pit.
Outside areas:
Lake access via the private double deck dock at the bottom of the garden. Bring your own boat to moor or rent from one of the local marinas. Swim off the dock to a large swim mat attached to the dock Memorial day to Labor day weekend. Upper dock deck has table, umbrella and 4 chairs, along with 2 lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. Three single kayaks, one double kayak and paddleboard available for rent $100 per stay Drop a fishing line off the dock and try your luck at catching one of the lake bass! Golf cart available for rent $100 per stay to take you and your gear, food and beverages up and down from the house to the lake. Golf cart not allowed off property.
For a further option and a great place to enjoy evening refreshments with the sights and sounds of the lake, take advantage of the covered Gazebo with comfortable seating and fans located in the garden half way down from the house to the lake. Back garden is fenced in and includes a recently installed fire pit with seating for 10.
