My family and I have been spending most of our time at our cottage, so we’ve decided to rent out our home in the city. It is ideal for families.
The house is over 5,000 square feet, was recently renovated and has four bedrooms on the upper level and one in the basement. There is a large private yard with a deck and patio, and a two car garage.
In an upscale area, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There are video doorbells, and cameras in the yard, driveway and garage.
Our house has a primary bedroom with ensuite and four additional spacious bedrooms (one with ensuite, two with a shared bathroom, one in the basement with an adjacent bathroom).
There is plenty of living space over three levels and a well-equipped chef’s kitchen (Wolf range; Miele steam oven, warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher and wine fridge; and a Sub Zero refrigerator). There is a spacious main floor office (with pullout couch), and a family room and large gym/play area in the basement.
The property is surrounded by mature trees and has a large backyard (56' x 150' lot) with deck and patio.
There is a two car garage, and room for more cars on the driveway.
