My Lake House is family-friendly, beautiful, bright and spacious - a wonderful getaway in an ideal location - waterfront with a small island and walking distance to downtown Huntsville. It is perfect for families especially multi-generational families. My home has a lot of indoor living space and outdoor exploring space. There is something for everyone. I have many sitting areas, a hot tub, large outdoor deck with table for 10 people and a BBQ. A sandy beach and an extra large basement with pool table, ping pong and smart tv - perfect for kids!
DECK - Fairy Lake House is a 5500 sq ft home with a large deck looking towards the beach. On the deck I have outdoor dining with a bbq (2 propane tanks). On the lower deck is a hot tub that gives you a perfect, clear view of the lake.
PRIVATE WATERFRONT - Along my sandy beach I have Muskoka chairs. There is also space on the dock if you wanted to bring up a boat. The dock is perfect to jump into the lake or to go fishing. From the dock you can paddle in one of our kayaks, canoe or paddle board. At night time you can roast marshmallows or have s’mores by the fire pit. Most unique with my home is that we have a very small private island just off the waterfront.
OUTDOOR SPACE - My property has a lot of green space where you can play volleyball, badminton, or soccer.
BASEMENT - The basement family room has a sectional, smart tv, pool table, ping pong and full bathroom and laundry. Direct access to the beach path.
KITCHEN & FAMILY ROOM - Has standard kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, pot/pans, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove etc. and a breakfast table that faces the lake. Beside the kitchen is a family room with leather couches and a smart tv with access to the deck.
DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM - Other side of the kitchen is the dining room with a large custom made harvest table with a view of the lake and access to the deck. Connected to the dining room is the living room with sectional.
