Soak_up_the_sun is a nice tidy fully refitted beach house with all the mod cons, gas, hot water, dishwasher etc, heaps of beds and a fully fenced section with a huge deck so you can relax and watch the kids play safely. It is a short stroll to the nearby shop, playground and beach. Waimarama is a fantastic place to come for a family holiday, it is only a 25 minute drive from from Havelock North or 45 minutes to Napier. Amazing wineries and bike trails close by, it really is a great place for the whole family.
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only and all butts to be disposed of.
Pets allowed on request (outside only) but please ensures to 'clean up' any surprises they leave on the property.
We have a 5 night minimum booking over Christmas and New year's.

Summary: Loved cooking in central kitchen able to see everyone but still be seperate. Bedrooms at the back which made it peaceful but we didnt notice traffic noise from front either. Amazing large deck and a second toilet which meant this bach had everything you need including two tvs and Netflix for wet days! I would definitely go back
