This memorable Cozy house is the perfect home base for your trip to Bloomington.Wether your traveling for work or pleasure we have a good office work space for traveling workers as well for longer weekly or monthly stays!it’s also close to the Tranquility bike trail several restaurants and shopping mall and grocery stores within 8 minutes!this place has a country suburb feel but close enough to IU for games and events like only 10 minutes from everything!also only 18 minutes from Lake Monroe awesomeplace to get on a boat and swim or fish and ski!With 3 pleasant bedrooms, all featuring a comfortable queen bed, this property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. And it has a 58” smart TV in the living room and tv in the upstairs room!and a full spacious kitchen with all amenities to cook and enjoy food. Also a separate suite with mini living room,bedroom and a kitchenette!All 3 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a shower and the Master bedroom has a shower,hair dryer, and a jacuzzi, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. Additionally, there is an additional space in the form of a cozy living room with a double twin bed.and we have a screened in patio and an outside fire pit! very private all gated in and a grill and some outside games! Also don’t forget we have great WIFI as well.Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place!
