Fern Hollow is a cozy, four-bedroom home nestled in one of the few areas around Wintergreen where fern plants grow. There are only 5 stairs to entry. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and has three and a half bathrooms.
Just a few steps from the parking area, this cottage has an open floor plan that will greet you on the main level. It is complete with a full kitchen and dining area (seats eight people) with four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The main level connects with a half bathroom, a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, and a master bedroom (king bed) with an adjoining full bath. Just off the master bedroom and kitchen is a large deck that spans the length of the main level of the house.
Heading downstairs to the second level, you will find a second master bedroom (queen) with a full bathroom and its own private deck. On the second level, these are two additional bedrooms (one queen bed and one double/single) that share a full-size hall bathroom. Off of the second-floor deck, you will find a large hot tub where you can relax with family and friends. The basement level boasts a second living area/play room complete with a washer/dryer, flat screen TV, game table, and wooden bench that spans the width of the basement.
