Positive: Location (close to Piazza del Popolo).

Negative: Full of moskito 🦟 and a lot of dust due to lack of bug net on the windows; No mop on the bathroom; Drainage in the shower cabin was damaged; All the chairs from living room were damaged; For the period of our stay (10 days) there was no cleaning performed in the appartment and we use the same towels and bed sheets 🤐; Mold on the ceiling kitchen and mold smell 👃; When we arrived the boiler from kitchen was damaged (the floor was fluded and the water was leaking directly on electrical devices). They managed to replace the boiler in 48 hours, during this period we were forced to open/close the water from the main valve. No cleaning was performed in the kitchen after replacement of the boiler; No soap in the bath room, and for the entire duration of our vacantion they left only 4 rols of toilet paper 🤯, we were forced to buy soap and toilet paper from the store;
