Please note, the outdoor pool is open year-round, ***please note: new year's and christmas bookings require full payment 30 days prior to arrival***, the resort fee includes: -full hot american breakfast -wi-fi -weekly wine and guest activities, forest suites resort now proudly offers dog friendly suites! you can bring up to two furry friends and enjoy one of our spacious rooms during your visit to south lake tahoe for an additional $50 per night. parking is $20 per night per car, for up to 2 vehicles per 2 bedroom suite.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
