Positive: The perfect stay! Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. The staff are friendly and attentive, and went over and above to assist. There is a lovely sauna and steamroom at the spa that is complementary to guests, and was lovely after a long day of travel. The gym is nicely equipped and we could stay active on our holiday. The bed and bedding was amazing - and just felt luxurious
