We wanted this home to be a fun place to hang out in, not just a place to sleep. Enjoy live sports inside and in the backyard! Xbox Series X/S with Game Pass & more!
The space
Our goal was to create a fun space for families and groups of friends that want to spend time together in a private space. That's why we packed this home with the kind of amenities and features that you can't find in a hotel and rarely see in other Airbnb's around town. It's a two-story house and there is a lot to describe, so I'll break it down by sections of the house.

Kitchen:
You're going to love cooking in this kitchen! We love to cook ourselves, So we understand the importance of having high-quality cookware and kitchen tools. You will find plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, and more here. We even included other kitchen gadgets that most other Airbnb hosts don't like to spend on, like an instant pot/ air fryer, waffle maker and blender! There's tons of counter space in this kitchen too, making cooking fun instead of a chore! There's also lots of dining space with our huge dining room table, kitchen island, and mini tables! There is even a smart TV (with live TV) in this kitchen and dining area!

Family/ Entertainment Areas:
We have two huge living spaces in this house, one upstairs and one downstairs.. We designed these spaces for fun and games. The downstairs area has a sound system and Vinyl record player, with plenty of seating for the entire family. This space also features a card table that doubles as 2nd dining space, and even a Karaoke machine! You will also find all our board games down here, like Monopoly, Jenga, and more.
The Upstairs living space is one of the best spaces in the house. Features a huge 85 inch TV, an Xbox Series X/S with Game Pass, a professional-quality shuffleboard table and Dolby Atmos Surround Sound! Both Entertainment areas also have access to an outdoor patio. The upstairs outdoor patio is perfect for watching the sun go down!

Backyard:
It was important to us that we get the backyard right. The weather during the Fall, Spring, and winter is perfect for relaxing outdoors, and we wanted to take full advantage of that. Featuring plenty of seating space, a real fire pit (stocked with wood), an outdoor TV for live sports, and of course a high-quality BBQ Grill! It's a dog-friendly space as well, with a fully enclosed backyard.

Bedrooms, Bathrooms & Utility Room:
All our bedrooms have high-quality bedding that we have professionally washed between every guest! Every Bedroom also has a 4k smart TV, wireless chargers, and plenty of closet space. Each bathroom is fully stocked with Toliet Paper, body wash, shampoo, a hairdryer and more! Finally, the utility room features a washer and a dryer that is stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets!

Guests have access to the entire property, save for a few closets for maintenance and cleaning (don't worry, there are a lot of closets here!). This includes the driveway and parking on the street in this neighborhood is free!
