Positive: What was good: Location was great, lots of hot water for shower, wi-fi was fast and easy to connect to. Host graciously stocked the place with coffee and a bottle of wine, even. It was cozy, quiet, and warm. I'd stay there again.

Negative: Parking lot was small and a bit of an ice rink. Halls exterior to place were a bit of a wreck - students seemed to have just moved out and left lots of mess in the passageways.
