You will love my beautifully remodeled condo a 2-minute walk to the Beach!! Located on one of the prettiest and most interesting beaches on Hilton Head Island, we are located between two town-owned parks, providing a secluded location off the beaten path! Our white sandy beach is in a nature preserve and bird sanctuary with a natural habitat for great photo opportunities and an ever-changing walk along the beach! There are 2 outdoor pools, 1 heated indoor pool with a Hot Tub. We also have Tennis courts, a children's play area, an exercise room, beachfront swings, shuffleboard, basketball court, grills, and picnic tables. Relax in one of our beach-side swings or enjoy a tropical stroll along our lagoons.
I've taken care to make the condo comfortable and your home away from home. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a range, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, Mr Coffee Coffeemaker, blender, mixer, crock pot - everything you need. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. One bathroom has a jet tub and the other is a walk-in shower. The condo accommodates 6 people with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen inflatable bed, a fold-out twin bed and a Frontgate inflatable twin bed.
Open the big windows overlooking the lagoons, enjoy the breeze and relax with the sound of the fountains below. The windows also provide a great view of the Atlantic Ocean as it turns into the Port Royal Sound. This turn in the ocean provides our beach with a very calm, shallow water beach, especially at low tide when the water recedes leaving a huge beach for finding shells and sharks teeth. It is perfect for small children, kayaking, and folks like me who do not enjoy playing in the strong ocean waves. The island boasts 7 beach parks. Chaplin Beach Park is my favorite and about a 10-minute drive from my condo. It offers lifeguards, restrooms, picnic areas, outdoor sand-wash-off showers, and the stronger waves for boogie boarding and playing in the ocean waves. I provide board games, puzzles and books for indoor activity. I also provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys for your outdoor enjoyment. The condo has Spectrum cable and high speed Wi-Fi. There is also a guest WiFi network for use while at the pools.
The condo is just steps to the beach...about a 2-minute walk. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation away from it all. Walk our unique beach and watch the bald eagles fly around or perhaps see the dolphins playing out in the sound. Watch the shrimping boats that go out each morning and bring their catch back in. Our beach is truly a hidden treasure! When you want to venture out, the Island offers a multitude of grocery stores and shopping within 2 miles of the condo. The Tanger Outlet Mall is about 6 miles away. We have world-class restaurants with award-winning chefs, offering any type of cuisine you could want. Check out the bike rental companies that deliver and pick up the bikes. With our easy-to-ride, off-street bike paths you can ride all over the Island. Perhaps you want to enjoy a boat cruise, fishing expedition, sky diving, zip-lining, or horseback riding - the Island offers all sorts of adventures to make your vacation one you will never forget. There are several historical sites you might want to check out. The Honey Horn Discovery Museum offers a Gullah tour that will provide you with the history of the Island.
If you play golf, you will be in heaven. There are over 20 great courses to play or perhaps your speed is more the putt-putt course! We have those too!
NOTE: My condo is on the second floor. There are 3 steps to a first-floor landing, then one standard staircase to the second floor. There is no elevator. The interior of the condo is one-level. In our complex, the second-floor condos have the best views. The first-floor views are often blocked by landscaping. The top-floor views are obstructed by the treetops.
