We provide self check-in with a private entrance so guests will not have to interact with us if they prefer not to.

SUITE: This rental is a one bedroom suite within a home. The entire suite is available to you with no shared areas or entrances. The connection to the remainder of the home remains locked. The suite has a private entrance, keyless entry, and private patio area.
MEAL PREP: The suite has a small meal prep area, mini fridge, keurig coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Also, a two-burner hot plate, frying pan, and utensils. The only sink available is the bathroom sink.
Snacks, coffee, and black tea provided.
There’s a charcoal grill provided on private patio but you’ll need to bring your own charcoal.
EXTRAS: King size bed, pull out queens size sofa bed, nightstand, television with dish satellite, mini split ac/heat unit, dehumidifier, tv dinner folding trays.
The suite comes with clean bed sheets, clean towels, as well as extras if needed. Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand sanitizer, makeup wipes (please do not flush), extra toilet paper, a few cleaning supplies.
PARKING: You‘ll have your own parking space towards the middle of drive next to the green covered shelter. You’ll see a small “guest parking” sign. The space can accommodate two cars.
PETS: We do allow pets with a small pet fee. We ask that you please pick up after your pets. If your pet is known to be destructive when left alone then please crate pet or do not leave unattended.
FYI: We live on site in the main part of the house with our pups.
We are sometimes able to accommodate early check in/out, if discussed and planned ahead of time. We are always a message, text, or call away.
