Summary: I had booked two rooms. One of the two rooms wasn’t cleaned when we had checked in and received the key. The bed had been slept in and not made, garbage in the garbage cans, empty tissue boxes in bathroom, dirty dishes in the sink. The room was changed and new room key delivered in approximately 15min. The second room had clumps of hair in the corner behind the door. Other than that was relatively clean.
