Relax with the whole family at this hidden gem tucked away on Mountain Rest Lake! Enjoy the kayaks during the day and fire pit in the evenings. This home is surrounded with hiking trails and waterfalls. Our cottage is equipped with activities for the whole family!
As you enter the home you will come in on the main floor to find the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Upstairs you will see a guest bedroom with the half bathroom. You will notice a walkway leading to another door, this room will remain locked and is not accessible to guests. For safety purposes, we ask you not to allow horseplay on the walkway. As you venture to the bottom floor of the cottage, you will see a living space, game room, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. There are 2 sofa beds in the living space for guests to use. The sofa beds will have to be adjusted to allow them both to be accessible at the same time.
There will be a locked room on the top floor of this cottage. This room will remain locked and is not accessible to guests. For safety purposes, we ask you not to allow horseplay on the walkway.
The boat house will also remain locked and is not available to guests.
Guests will not have use to the fireplace in the living room or the propane fireplace on the lower level patio.

The cottage is located in a peaceful neighborhood with quiet hours in place. Please be mindful and respectful to your neighbors.
This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood where you are able to enjoy the more peaceful things in life. This area is perfect to have an evening walk around the neighborhood.
Please note there is potential for wildlife in the area when disposing of waste. The porches, dock, kayaks, paddle boat, various sizes of life jackets, and the wood burning fire-pit are all available for the guests to use. We hope this ensures our guests to feel right at home!
Guests will be required to sign an external rental agreement prior to their stay. We do request for the guests to take all trash to the Mt. Rest Recycling Center.
