A better location than the villa "Vingarell" is hard to find, as it perfectly combines a quiet, secluded, remote location with the advantages of walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach (with a gentle slope into the water, just right for kids) and to several bars and restaurants. This is a very large property, ideally suited for several families. Children will love not only the nearby beach, but also the garden with its extensive, manicured lawns that invite them to romp and play. The 10 m pool is located in the middle of the garden. It is fully fenced to protect the children and easy to enter via Roman steps. Lounge chairs provide comfortable relaxation, either in the shade or under the full Mediterranean sun. Sensational: The house has over 600 m² of terraces extending all round the house at various levels. They provide not only beautiful views, but also excellent spots for hanging out, delving into a good book, and sharing food and drink. The terraces are furnished with high-end lounge furniture and of course there is also a long dining table. If desired, meals can even be enjoyed on different levels. A lockable outdoor kitchen with barbecue offers great potential for special cooking and barbecue events. The view from the property over the marvellous hilly countryside of northeast Mallorca extends to the Mediterranean Sea.
The outside walls of the natural stone villa are 70 cm thick, which not only make an imposing impression, but also help to substantially insulate the building. Proximity to the sea means that a pleasant breeze blows through the entire house in the summer. Because the five bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans, the atmosphere in the house is pleasant even at night. In addition to the snugly arranged sleeping zones, there are four bright bathrooms here, one of which is in practical proximity to the pool. This means that you can freshen up just before taking a dip in the pool and don't need to pad through the house with wet feet after swimming. The house also has a large, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for an independent, self-catered holiday, including a toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven, hob, and microwave. The huge living and dining area has a comfy corner sofa for cosy evenings with a satellite TV connection. A fast wireless Internet connection is also available. We would like to direct your attention to the sixth (air-conditioned!) bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, both of which are located in a separate studio with its own entrance. This gives an extra degree of privacy, making the studio a favourite for in-laws, parents, and/or young people holidaying together.
The beautiful town of Son Servera, with a supermarket, chemist's, and inviting restaurants is just a 4.6 km drive from the villa. Every Friday is market day, with plenty of Mallorquin products on offer. The harbour of Cala Bona, with its fishing boats, is just 2 km away. Fresh fish are excellent there, and there are places to shop as well. Near the villa are several inviting beaches, such as Sa Marjal, which is just 1.5 km away.
