This stunning condo located inside the historic Davenport building is perfect for you and your guests! Park your car and enjoy all this beautiful city has to offer. Stroll 3 blocks to Main Street for some of the best shopping, restaurants, and entertainment the state has to offer and just 4 blocks to catch a live concert/event at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Plays and concerts at the Peace Center, Greenville Drive games and events at Flour Field, and Falls Park are just some of the incredible places you can check out. Directly behind the condo is McBee Station anchored by the grocery store Publix and Staples with numerous other hair salons, chiropractor, massage dry cleaners, etc... as well as flanked by 2 of the best breweries in Greenville... Yee Haw and Fireforge. Literally hundreds of restaurants and unique shops are right outside the door and walking distance.
The Condo
As you walk in the gate you will be blown away by the spectacular courtyard. You feel like you are in another country and have traveled back in time in this pristine oasis. Walking into the front door you feel right at home. The entire unit has been completely updated and freshly painted. Huge smart TVs in each room with King beds in both, perfect for a great night's rest. One room has two nooks, perfect for catching up on some work or getting ready for a night out on the town. The other room has a cozy large, oversized chair with an ottoman for relaxing and a fantastic armoire perfect for storing your clothes and personal items.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Complete with fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, air frier, and a coffee maker. Inside the cabinets you’ll find everything you need for a perfect meal... silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, baking pans. Wake up and brew yourself a cup or pot of coffee and enjoy it on the front porch at the bistro table and take in the super chill vibes of the courtyard. Also, we have a pantry for you to store your groceries as well as a washer/dryer if you want to pack light.
The full bathroom is located between both rooms and the kitchen. It contains a sink, custom mirror, and a great shower/tub combo.
Parking
One parking space is located just a short block away as well as a 15 minute space on site to unload when you get here. Drop all of your belongings off and forget about having to get into the car for the remainder of your stay. There is also free parking on the street and garage parking right around the corner.

With this being such a fantastic location downtown there will be some noise from the traffic. There are full-time residents at the Davenport and we require all guests to be respectful, courteous, and treat everyone with kindness. Please keep the noise level to an appropriate tone at all times. There is no smoking permitted inside the condo or on the condo grounds. Also congregating outside in the courtyard late night is not allowed. All of the residence here are long time established tenants. Pets are allowed.
