Summary: The room was nice. It was clean. The elevator apparently has not been in operation for some time, which meant I had to carry everything up stairs and then back down stairs when I was checking in and out. Fortunately, I did not have mobility issues. The breakfast was okay. Better than many I have had at other hotels, not as good as others. They had hot water and tea bags, but no hot chocolate for non coffee/tea drinkers. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express again, but I would call ahead to ensure the elevator is in working order.
