This was the first home I bought that I loved because of the old look and location! When I got married we decided to rent it out so we could make sure others enjoyed it as much as I did. It has a spacious spa bathtub that I threw a bubble bath party for my son and his daycare friends in when he was 4 (with swimsuits), a big fenced in back yard with a deck we used to play music on with friends and a fire pit, and an empty loft and bedroom upstairs for you to use as you will. This area was my son's who ran back and forth playing and creating. So I left it open for you to enjoy freely as well. We would take a couple minute walk to our street's playground to play or to downtown to grab something to eat and visit Founder's Park and Playground.. Interstate 26 is just 5 minutes and East Tennessee University is just a 10 minute drive. Our basketball and football teams did well this past year. Feel free to look up games or other public events there. Also within a 10 minute drive is Freedom Hall where we have seen Disney on Ice, Wrestle Mania, and the Circus. You will enjoy your stay so very much just as we did!
