Summary: I made a reservation through hotels.com for 4 people to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The room I booked was listed as a studio suite on hotels.com and clearly had two queen beds and a sofa bed in the picture on the booking website. When I arrived, I was placed in a room with one queen bed and one sofa bed. This size room does not accommodate our family. When I went back to the desk to request the room size we originally booked and paid for, the staff member insisted I would have to pay an additional $40 a night ($80 total). I contacted hotels.com 3 times trying to get support with this issue and received no help. I also spoke with 3 different staff members at the hotel and emailed the manager trying to get this unfair charge reversed, and no one was willing to do so. The customer service at this hotel was terrible, and given the negative experience with the staff I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
