Negative: We thought we had booked a hotel but it was more like an Airbnb - this was not clear when booking. We did not see any staff and the reception was just a desk that wasn’t manned. On first night, there was noise from above. Sounded like a child running across the apartment which continued until about midnight.

Summary: Comfortable but not a hotel!
