Guests will enjoy the large open living, dining, and kitchen area. We are located 1 mile from Cottonport Marina and less than 2 miles from Cottonport Boat ramp. We look forward to hosting you!
The Space:
Our Chickamauga River retreat is a treat! Guests can enjoy a large open area, including a driveway and covered carport with parking for up to 6. There is also an oversized garage for guests who may decide to bring along a boat or other toys! Once inside, the massive living room provides the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day in the beautiful TN nature. With plenty of seating for all, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with Roku are sure to settle in and feel at home. The equally massive kitchen connects to the living room, making entertaining or family time a breeze. Enjoy our full eat-in kitchen. The large center island is a favorite hangout, and all the basics you need to cook a meal will be waiting for you! Our home offers four different bedrooms providing a cozy option for everyone in the family plus a shared space with a full bed! Bedroom #1 is the master suite. Its impressive size boasts a king-size bed, walk-in closets, sitting area, private covered porch, en suite bath with double vanity, and double glass shower. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen-size bed, and bedroom #4 is perfect for the kids with a full bed and twin over full bunk bed. 2 full bathrooms, a laundry/mudroom with utility sink complete the inside of our home.
Outside, take advantage of the fenced-in back yard, a single carport with storage room, and hot tub! The 56x28 custom-built garage is perfect for the perfect place to park your camper, boat, and trailer! Our home has a lot to offer for families or groups of friends to unwind and take in the natural beauty!

Guest Access:
Access to the home is through the front or back door. Has a digital lock, punch in the 4 digit code then the key lock icon button and then the door will open. You will receive the code at check-in. House has a private driveway for parking
The Neighborhood:
Located on a large lot, our home gives guests lots of space inside and out! Enjoy mature trees and access to the Chickamauga River! We do have neighbors, but guests can still expect to feel privacy and a sense of seclusion while staying at our home.
Getting Around:
We provide private parking for guests. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
