- 2 Large Guest BR's - each have Full size beds with pillow top mattresses, a nightstand with lamp, ceiling fans and a large closet. One BR has a dresser and corner chair - while the other has a foldout desk workspace.
- Den or 4th BR has a Full size foldout futon with adjustable head and foot rests. This unique room also has satellite TV, end tables with a lamp, ceiling fan and large closet.

Summary: This was our first time visiting Tucson and the property was ideal for our stay. The pool was amazing since it was so hot and was nice to enjoy after touring Tucson everyday while we were there. The owner communicated very well throughout our stay and even called before we came to see if we needed anything in particular which was very nice! We loved staying here and would love to come back to stay again. The house was very beautiful and had everything plus some that we needed.
