Designed by famed Laguna Beach architect, Daniel McMann. This is a custom house through and through. 3 level living room that opens out to a 270 degree view! Commercial master Chef ,Wolf range stove,sub zero frigs, and built in barbecue! Baby grand piano sunken in living room floor (so as not to obstruct view) is where famed Rat Packer, "Dean Martin" composed his Vegas musical shows with director Jonathan Lucas
Huge master bedroom with 10 floor ceilings and fleet-wood sliding doors though out. Master bath has double his/her sinks as well as walk in closet his/hers.
There is a 1 bedroom apartment on the side of the house ( with no access to main house) occupied.
