Positive: The location was great as it is very near downtown and where my elder son stays.

Negative: The water pressure of the whole unit was very big esp with a tall tap fix in kitchen and bathroom, so everytime we turned on the tap, the water would splashed everywhere around the basins, the wall and on us ! I tried not to trouble the team to fix it as I thought I would get used to it, but to my frustration and disappointment, I couldn’t get used to it 😢 But the Kasa team was very responsive in communication , good job💪 Another point need to feedback would be the Shower curtain rod ! It fell 2 times during our stay, lucky that no one was hurt ! It was wear-off for both suction rubber so it couldn’t even hold well. Kasa team should check and change to a new one if not accident may happened. And the big stand shower bath tub was very slippery , I told them but they couldn’t provide us with an anti-slip cover. And we were lucky no one fell during our stay. This is a dangerous hazard in future. I hope the team will rectify it sooner.
