Kaylan is a luxurious residence, perfectly positioned overlooking the Hamilton Island Marina. This multi-million dollar home offers privacy, luxury and plenty of room for wedding groups and gatherings of family and friends. Kaylan represents great value for money, especially for longer stays. One of the best features is our very central location, as we are walking distance to the marina and resort.
Kaylan sleeps up to 10 guests. There are four bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, air-conditioning and its own bathroom. There is also a king single bed located in the middle bedroom. There is a queen sofa bed located in the mid level lounge room.
We also have two porta-cots and one high-chair if required.
(Up to 2 Extra children under 12 years of age can be accommodated at an additional cost - please note we are unable to accomodate more than 10 Adults.)
There are plenty of indoor and outdoor living areas to either mingle together or just find your own space. Full kitchen and laundry facilities make this an economical way to enjoy total luxury while on your holiday.
Enjoy easy access to the island facilities with only a short stroll to restaurants and shops at the marina or head for the resort side with Catseye Beach, the pools, more restaurants and all the other island facilities. It is only 400 metres to the marina or beach and 2 x complimentary 4 seat electric buggies are included for general getting around.

Three Levels of Luxury.
Level three.
The top level has a 2.4 metre projector screen home theatre, reclining couches for seven, a bar area and a nice big balcony with uninterrupted views over the marina.
A 6 seater lounge setting is located on the balcony and 2 sun lounges.
The bi-fold doors are five metres across and open up to make this level the ultimate relaxation pad.
An acoustic guitar hangs on the wall for those who play. The cupboards have books suitable for adults to read. Bring your own gaming consoles if you like or use the Xbox 360 on level 2, plug it into the theatre system for the ultimate gaming experience.
There is a queen bedroom with ensuite, and bi-fold doors open onto the balcony from the bedroom. Wake up to look out across to Dent Island, Whitsunday Passage and to the mainland beyond.
Level two.
Put your feet up and read a book on the super comfortable leather couches in the lounge room. The queen sofa bed is also located in this area.There is a television, and an Xbox 360 Kinect. Bi-fold windows and doors open from this level onto a balcony that is three metres deep and runs the full width of the house. Pass the time watching the action in the marina as the boats come and go. There are plenty of games and children's books in the cupboard and a selection of DVDs.
Dinner parties are a regular event with any gathering of friends and family. Our dining table can seat up to 12 and there is also 12 seater outdoor setting, 4 x sun lounges along with a serious five burner stainless BBQ.
The open plan kitchen is built for entertaining. A large bi-fold window opens onto the balcony, there is plenty of bench space and over 1000 litres of fridge/freezer space. We have coffee machine, a dishwasher, a large gas oven/cooktop and all the usual kitchen equipment.
If you have an extended stay at Kaylan, there is a washing machine and clothes dryer if required.
Level one.
There are three queen bedrooms on the bottom level, all with their own bathroom. The queen beds have high quality mattresses and all the bedrooms on level one are carpeted. They open onto a shared timber deck with separate external access stairs. Ceiling fans and individual air-conditioning units keep the rooms cool while extra large windows capture the views. There is a spa-bath with double shower in the middle bathroom. The end rooms have an open robe and dressing area. Bath and beach towels are provided.
We offer a complimentary arrival and departure valet transfer from your flight or ferry. Additional transfers can be booked, or you can use the complimentary buggy to transport extra guests when there are different groups arriving or departing at different times. We are located just one minute from the airport.
