Positive: - excellent location, close to Tropea (by car) and beautiful beaches, peaceful and relaxing. - clean and comfortable, with a spacious bedroom and equipped kitchen - parking always available right next to the property - extras: fan, BBQ, washing facilities at a fair fee - very quiet, with gorgeous views of olive trees and greenery – really charming atmosphere - safe and secure setting, perfect for families/ anybody - nicely maintained playground for kids - pet friendly accommodation / community - smooth and easy check in/out process Outstanding host: incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful – we received delicious homemade olive oil and were kindly allowed a later checkout to accommodate our flights

Negative: - the kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils, though a microwave (gas stove available!), maybe a hairdryer and some basic cleaning products would have been a nice addition, since we tend to travel light - this didn’t affect our overall impression of the property, but just as a general note about the area (not specific to the villa): there are no sidewalks and the road outside has limited street lighting. For this reason, it may feel safer to drive into the village or to nearby restaurants, especially in the evening
