If your feeling adventurous, we have kayaks available for calm days on the lake. We have two ponds where you can feed the fish. Our home is newly renovated with a sensational back porch with propane fire pit. Also wood provided lakeside fire pit on the property for group gatherings and star-gazing to close your day. Though our property is "on" Lake Erie, you cannot see the lake from the porch because of woods. That is why we have paths to the meadows and lake access for day and evening delight.

Summary: After we had already booked this VRBO,we were notified by the host that the property hadn't been cleaned for quite sometime. We were to ignore the dust, etc.. We were on a trip, with a service dog, and myself with disabilities, we THOUGHT this property met our requirements.ALL 1 LEVEL LIVING & an outside area for all of us to enjoy. Upon arriving, there was more than dust to ignore. Bugs, Spiders and Mouse droppings were throughout the VRBO. We tried to find another place to stay but due to my disability, the B&B's all had stairs so we had to stay here. There are no nice hotels in the area. The inaccuracy in the VRBO listing has to do with the jetted tub.Nowhere in the listing does it say it's in the basement, down a full flight of stairs. This was inaccessible to me. This really should be marked in the listing, as I was looking forward to using it but could not. There weren't any trash bags to take out our garbage or dish soap to wash dishes. I contacted the host about this and was told verbatim to be GRATEFUL for toilet paper! As worldwide travelers and staying in many kinds of places & countries, we were disappointed in this VRBO & It's Host. They weren't ready for guests. We Unfortunately also didn't have hot water until the morning we left and the internet only worked for 1 night. So NO TV or WIFI tried rebooting the modem and that worked only for 30 minutes. The outside property was beautiful just very muddy & swampy. The property wasn't even ready for us!
