Boat house is in deep water great for swimming and fishing. Floats and life jackets are available. Home has open floor Master bedroom and three guest bedrooms over look open living area. Home is limited to ten (10) overnight guests. Property is just minutes from many hiking trails and waterfalls. Also, a short drive to Tallulah Gorge and 15 minute drive to Clayton for shopping and great restaurants! Also available are pontoons, canoes, kayaks and paddle board rentals can be reserved through Bear Gap Outfitters and will deliver to the dock. Michael. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN BOAT, HOWEVER NO BOAT TRAILERS OF ANY LENGTH WILL FIT DOWN THE DRIVEWAY ! Additionally 3 cars maximum for guests due to shared driveway.
