Welcome to the Lake Sinclair Shore! Come getaway from the city to relax on the lake with family or friends. This is a SMART home and you’ll be able to easily play your music all throughout the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comfortably sleeps 10. There is a large deck overlooking the lake, open floor plan, outdoor ping pong table, firepit, dock that is perfect for catching panfish or bass, and offsite boat ramp.

No diving off dock (the water levels fluctuate so no diving in case of low water levels). Please practice safe swimming.
We have two security cameras. 1 camera at front door and 1 camera on deck. This is only for security purposes to keep everyone safe. You will have access to the security cameras from tablet.
