Beautiful townhome overlooking Lake Travis in Point Venture, TX. 3 bdrm/2bath with fully stocked kitchen, sleeps up to 9. Upgraded memory foam mattresses, SMART TVs, kayak, games, movies and Xbox. Two large balconies will give you breathtaking views of Lake Travis. Walk down to the lake or take advantage of our private access to boat ramp, 50 acre park, Olympic size pool (closed in off season), tennis/pickle ball courts, and gym! Bring your own boat or rent one in our marina. Very Kid friendly.
Point Venture has so much to offer. Several private coves, private park with a boat ramp (no waits or fees), play ground, BBQ pits, picnic tables and more! We also have an Olympic size swimming pool (currently closed for revamp) , tennis/pickle ball courts, gym, and library. There are also plenty of places to fish & 9 hole Golf Course. Liquid Thrillz is located in our Marina so you have easy access to rent boats and jet skis.
Please note that Point Venture is on the North side of Lake Travis. Its about 40 minutes to downtown Austin just to give you a point of reference.
