Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area overlooks the backyard and lake, making it easy to stay connected whether you're cooking dinner, sharing a meal, or planning the next day by the water.
The home offers four comfortable sleeping spaces with a layout that provides plenty of flexibility. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and direct access to its own private screened veranda. A second king bedroom and queen bedroom are located toward the front of the home and share the second full bathroom.
Just off the living room, the fourth bedroom doubles as a flexible work and sleeping space, featuring a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. It's a convenient setup for guests who need to catch up on work during their stay while also providing additional sleeping accommodations when needed. Please note that the lake is currently at Drought Level 2, resulting in lower water levels around the property. At this time, motorized boats are unable to access the home's private dock. The public boat launch remains accessible and is located less than a mile from the home. Lake levels and dock accessibility are subject to change based on weather and lake conditions.
Smart TVs are located throughout the home for easy entertainment, including in the living spaces, bedrooms, and screened veranda. The TVs offer access to popular streaming services; however, no cable or streaming subscriptions are provided. Guests will need to log in using their own streaming service accounts during their stay.
