Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located in a very quiet cove on Lake Nottely is sure to please. Join us and borrow our brand new 2022 Tritoon Sylvan pontoon boat, 150hp, from first part of April until mid October. ( we charge a maintenance fee of 100.00 per day). The fee is an additional charge that we collect outside of the reservation We will also collect a refundable boat security deposit of $500.00 We have paddle boards and kayaks for you to enjoy in our quiet cove as well.
We have a double slip dock with swim platform that has a nice pathway from the home.
Our home has a fire pit lakeside and a hot tub on our lower patio. We also have outdoor ping pong and other outdoor games.
The home is warm and cozy with broad, covered porches. Sit out on our beautiful porch and look over our gently sloping yard to the dock. The kitchen overlooks the lake and the porches.
We offer:
1. Main floor king bedroom with adjacent bath with walk in shower. There are a set of double doors to walk out and enjoy the porch.
2. Two bedrooms upstairs. One is a king and the other is a bunk room that sleeps 6. Both share a full hall bath
3. Lower level king bedroom with TV and use of lower level full bath.
4. Private king bedroom over the garage with covered walkway to main house. Has full bath, sitting area with stone fireplace.
We sleep 14
We have a main level living area and lower level sitting area. TV’s in every bedroom (exception, bunk room). We have a 70 inch TV on the lower level and a 65 inch on our outdoor lower deck. We have speakers and surround sound. This house does have it all.
Why we chose this home. Beautiful wooded lot in a quiet, deep water cove with almost no boat traffic. It is completely “tranquil”. The home has windows that overlook the lake from the kitchen, eating area and main floor and upstairs kings. The porches are wonderful and provide that family gathering space. We have a lower deck with furniture, large screen TV that flows straight to our lakeside fire pit and path to double slip dock with swim platform.
One of the unique features of our home is the large, detached king bedroom above the garage with a massive fireplace and adjoining bath. It is connected to the home through a covered breezeway and adjoins our porches. Perfect privacy for the parents and grandparents!
We have rented our homes on Lake Nottely since 2004 and purchased our first property on the lake in 1996. It is a quiet lake with 70% national forest. We are 100 miles from Atlanta, 20 minutes from Blue Ridge and 10 minutes from Blairsville or Murphy. NC. We have a full time team that supports our maintenance and housekeeping needs to make your time away enjoyable. We hope you will consider staying with us.
