There is an additional spacious living room and adjacent formal dining room. Ample windows throughout let in abundant natural light from the unobstructed views of Hatton Canyon. Large flat screen TVs and Carmel stone fireplaces complement the downstairs spaces. Offset from the main rooms is a guest bedroom (Queen pull out) with its own HDTV, and half bath around the corner.
