This large, spacious home home is nestled within the Hideout Recreation Community in the Poconos, just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia, As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art museum, woodworking building, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar.
This home has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very large screened in porch, and updated kitchen with coffee bar!! This open floor plan and full, finished basement allows plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy!! Cozy up and relax near the warmth of the fireplace in the living room or the wood burning stove in the basement. Watch tv, sit on the porch or enjoy the firepit!! This home accommodates 12 with ease!!
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking.
