This freshly updated townhome (unit 143) located at the gated Largo Mar community is a perfect paradise for a family or friends getaway. The complex sits beachside on Thomas Drive and the complex has great access to the sandy beaches of PCB.
The main level offers a spacious Kitchen, living room, half bath and a dining area with space for everyone. The master bedroom can be found on the 3rd level, hosting a king size bed, private bathroom, and a private balcony with views of the water as it rolls in. Bedroom 2 is located on the 2nd level of the townhome and hosts a queen bed with two bunk beds recently installed in the room, there is a full bathroom on this level as well. The common area hosts a sleeper sofa for two, and the unit houses a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.
Largo Mar is located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon area of town. The complexes on Thomas Drive offer more expansive beach access and the Top Restaurants in PCB are just minutes away as you can enjoy brunch at Andy's Flour Power or great seafood meals at Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, The Grand Marlin or J Michaels.
