Positive: The staff was very friendly and gives each guest a through introduction to the property. The hotel is in a beautiful old building, but the air conditioning still worked great during a heatwave. The breakfast spread is nutritious and tasty. I especially enjoyed the all day tea and snacks in the dining room.
