The house features a fully updated kitchen with breakfast bar. The dinning room table seats 8 people. The living room has a wrap around couch, TV, and fireplace. Fire wood can be provided for use with the fireplace and fire pit for a fee. The back patio includes seating for 10 and a gas grill. The hot tub seats 6 guests and is located indoors with a large patio door so it can be enjoyed year round without obstructing your scenic views towards the lake. There is also a washer and dryer in the house in the event you need to wash clothes during an extended stay. The home comes equipped with a keyless entry system via August. Download the app and enjoy the convenience of not having to use keys. If your unable to download the app, no worries, the front door comes equipped with a lit keypad. Just input your personal code and press the logo button and with some techno magic the door unlocks. When leaving simply close the door and touch the logo button on the keypad and the door will automatically lock. It’s that simple. Guests have access to the entire home with exception to the garage and a small closet on the first floor. These are used to store maintenance and cleaning supplies. I am a full time pilot. There is no cable tv, but there is a Blu Ray and DVD player that has a smart function with multiple streaming apps to use.
