Enjoy the fresh mountain air in our entire 5 bedroom, 6 bath home with beds to sleep 14. Modern open floor plan with breakfast bar and family-sized farm table that seats up to 12. Two decks featuring outdoor seating and patio dining. Beautiful 2+ acre lot with privacy. Big Canoe tennis & golf community. WIFI.
The space
From the driveway you will walk straight into the entryway or park in the 2 car garage that opens up into the beautiful living, kitchen, and dining space. There are 2 master suites on this level. Downstairs there is a living room featuring a pool table and comfy sofa in the living area. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor featuring a twin bed bunk room with an additional twin bed and a queen bedroom that all share a full bathroom.
Upstairs you will find our light and bright bedroom with a queen bed, twin day bed and pull out twin trundle. This room also has a full bath.
Main Level Sleeping Arrangements
Master #1 - King bed with full bathroom. Double vanity.
Master #2 - Queen bed with full bathroom. Double vanity.
Downstairs Sleeping Arrangements
Guest room- Queen bed with pull-out twin trundle and shared full bathroom.
Bunk Room- Two twin beds and additional twin bed and shared full bathroom.

Guest room- Queen bed, Twin Day Bed w/ pull-out twin trundle. Full bathroom.
Please note that RVs and motorcycles are not allowed inside the Big Canoe community. No large parties are allowed.

PETS: $125 fee for one pet. Additional pet fees apply for more than 1 pet - contact owner for assistance. Pets must be house trained, are NOT allowed on furniture and kept on a leash when outside (Big Canoe Rules). Any damage to the home caused by the pet will be charged to guest. Pets over 20lb must be approved by owner. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the home (please crate your pet or take them with you as you venture out). Big Canoe has a wonderful Dog Park!
