COMPLETED A YEAR LONG HIGH-END PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED RENOVATION two years ago that sets us apart from other rentals. Our target bookings will be for a family or professionals wanting to work remotely, who are looking for beautiful accommodations to feel at home during their stay. The condo is equipped with a wireless printer/scanner and fast internet service for working from the comfort of mountain living. New kitchen, new bathrooms, ALL furniture, beds and mattresses are new, new floors and custom wood plank ceilings. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Kitchen has exotic white granite counter tops and backsplash illuminated with under counter lights and overhead Aspen-stlye large bear chandelier. All new stainless steel appliances, spacious pantry. Two floors, three bedrooms, two full baths with glass showers and appearance of cascading river stone tile. Condo directly overlooks Eagle Swoop mountainside slope (in fact, slope is directly below our balcony)- watch skiers in winter or wild flowers in summer, and then enjoy beautiful Fall foliage with lovely mountain views. The condo is the top floor, end/corner unit with views both up and down the curved slope, with lots of windows and natural light, adjacent to large, private wooded lot, the trees offer privacy and give the balcony the feeling of treetop living. There are loads of layered lighting with recessed lights thru out, chandeliers, under counter lights and lamps to customize your ambiance for your retreat away from home. Spacious kitchen pantry. Master suite encompasses entire second floor with King bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, beautiful champagne colored new washer/dryer, his and hers green exotic granite sinks and vanity. Two lower level bedrooms- First bedroom has three twin beds, closet and built-ins. Second bedroom has queen pull out sofa bed, five floor-to-ceiling mud-room style new built-ins, new TV with play station. Both lower level bedrooms have contemporary custom sliding barn doors. Living room has a large screen new TV with DVD player, newly installed stone fireplace and distressed barn wood mantle. Large sliding glass door and windows let out onto a nice size top floor, end unit balcony with two lounge chairs/foot stools, and outdoor dining table with four chairs to overlook slopes and mountain side views. Have your coffee overlooking sunrise or dinner alfresco overlooking deer and wildlife. Top floor corner unit next to a large wooded lot for a private mountain feel. Conveniently located across the street (2 minute walk) to Resort Lodge, ski rentals and ski sales, ski lessons, restaurants, shops and grocery market (1 minute walk).
Our Property Owners pass will get you exclusive access to two outdoor pools. (Kindly, I ask if you are interested in using the two outdoor pool amenities- give advanced notice prior to trip- a few days- to have pool passes left in secure location at property). Includes one reserved parking spot in our gated lot. Includes one lockable outdoor ski locker for your hiking/pool or ski/snowboard gear.

For heavy shedding pets, kindly please brush your pet before arriving so as not to heavily shed indoors and please utilize vacuum stored in pantry during your stay so we may continue to offer pet options to future guests.
*We will not be using all of the linens shown in condo photos, preferring to use commercially laundered sheets and towels that have been sanitized and provided by our professional cleaners. They will thoroughly disinfect/sanitize condo prior to each stay. We do this for your comfort and reassurance. We would prefer 24 hours between guest stays in order to be as vigilant as possible.
