Summary: We received no check-in information before arrival. When we showed up, the reception was closed, no one answered the phone, and we were left standing outside with no way in. Luckily, some other guests happened to be around and helped us get access. That is not how a stay should begin. The apartment itself was of okay standard – nothing special, but fine for the price. However, the entire experience was overshadowed by unbearable noise: extremely loud ventilation fans ran from 09:00 in the morning until around 01:00 at night, shaking the bed and making it impossible to relax or sleep while they were on. Bathroom cleaning only happened once during our 8-day stay. We received fresh towels once without asking, but had to request them the other times. I cannot recommend this place under current conditions
