Centrally located, we are nearby the train tracks - our home is not ideal for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to our home. It is the lefthand side of a duplex. The other side is a short term rental as well - ask us about renting both!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is very sensitive to noise. We ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.
Many of the homes in our surrounding area are in the process of gentrification, we're one of the first of many upcoming new builds in the neighborhood
Parking is very limited. The street in front is narrow. Please let us know if there will be more than two vehicles involved in your stay as we will assist you with finding alternative parking. There is a marked handicapped parking space for our neighbor on the street in front, you are not permitted to park there. Cars are subject to tow at the city’s discretion.
Please be respectful of our neighbors in the duplex next door. Yard games should not be played adjacent to their fence as objects of the game may get lost over the fence. At no point in time is it permitted to enter the neighbor’s fenced and gated yard for any reason. Please reach out if you do need anything and I am happy to contact them.
Getting Around:
Parking is very limited. Our neighborhood only allows us to have one vehicle parked on the street and one parked in the garage. You will be asked to provide the license plate numbers for the vehicles that will be parked with us and all others may be subject to tow.
Other Things to Note:
• Our home is the left-hand side of a duplex. The other side is a short term rental as well - ask us about renting both!
• We are located close by the train tracks, our home is not ideal for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.
•There is currently construction happening on the duplex lot directly next to our home, please also keep this in mind when booking as there is noise throughout the week and occasionally on the weekends.
• We're happy to host you and your furry friend! We do have a pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay.
• Please refrain from letting your furry friend unleashed or left running outside to avoid the tendency of running over our neighbors' lawn.
• Please do not move any furniture in the home -
*A minimum charge of $100 will be billed to guest if any pieces of furniture have been moved
• While we do our best to keep the propane tanks full and ready for use for our guests, there is the chance that it was recently emptied. When this is the case, we kindly ask the guest to take the empty propane tank to the nearest gas station to refill the tank, and a reimbursement will be made to the guest.
• Our jacuzzi tech regularly visits every Monday morning for the hot tub upkeep.
• If you will be using the hot tub, please be sure to place the cover back on when done.
