Miller’s cottage is a remodeled almost 100-year-old historic home in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This cottage is full of color and modern takes on vintage designs. Miller’s is close to downtown Kerrville with many restaurants, coffee, bars, theater, river trail, breweries, wineries nearby.
We kept the historic details of this 1927 "Sears catalog" home, while adding in the needed modern amenities and a few pops of color. Miller’s has an open floor plan, lots of natural light, very comfortable memory foam King beds, luxury linens, bamboo sheets and family friendly furnishings that create the perfect setting for your stay. This is a 2-beds 1-bath home with the Bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill Bathroom with original sink and clawfoot tub.
Outdoor/ Indoor Amenities: Large deck and outdoor furnishings for entertaining. OUTDOOR RAIN SHOWER. String lights to light backyard. WELL APPOINTED KITCHEN. Large, fenced backyard, Six person, very PRIVATE HOT TUB. FIRE PIT area. Barbecue GRILL. Outdoor game area. WIFI. Smart TV, log right into your favorite source for shows and movies. iPhone charger in each room. Dog friendly. Dog treats, dog bed, medium kennel/crate available as well. NO CATS************Late check out and early check in can be requested but will depend on availability. For families, there is a Play Park two blocks away. The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy.

I try hard to have more than just the basics like having iPhone chargers next to the beds for guests to use. In addition, Miller’s has an equipped kitchen, fabulous barware, great books on mixology, beautiful throws, blankets for by the fire pit, luggage racks in both rooms, essential oils and defuser, paper and plastic goods.
Great for romantic getaways, trips with friends, family getaway, wine excursions and dropping kids off at camp.
Lawn service come on Tuesdays between 8 am - 12 pm they do the front and back yard. If weather is bad, it might be Wednesday. Be aware when booking.
We will give you a code to get in. We will give you total privacy, however if you need anything at all, we are only 3 minutes away.
No public transportation, but you won't need it. This a small town with lots of amenities within driving distance.
Cleaning: We have always had rigorous cleaning standards; your health and safety are very important to us. Every linen is cleaned every time. On top of regular cleaning, we sanitize everything that can be touched - Pull chains, switches, doorknobs, handles, keypad, Keurig handle, cabinet door handles, oven handle and knobs, refrigerator door handle, etc.
