This property is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath house within the Georgetown suburb of South Bend, IN. Between beds and the sofa bed, we can accommodate 14 guests- plenty of space for family and friends! Guests will enjoy the convenient location for dining options and we are just 10 minutes from downtown South Bend! Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. From the entryway, the living space with a sofa, two armchairs, and a desk is to your right. Straight ahead is the dining room with a large farm table.
Enter the fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen through the living and dining rooms. We provide all kitchenware items needed to prepare meals during your stay.
Our home has a split-bedroom layout. Left of the front door is the first bedroom, and the additional three bedrooms are down the hall off the living room. Bedroom one has two full beds. Bedroom two has one full bed. Bedroom three has a full bed. Bedroom four is the master; it has two full beds and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer and dryer.
Outback is a large yard, deck, and charcoal grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
