Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, a sun-filled living area, complete entertainment system, a well catered kitchen and private swimming pool (4m x 8m) are only some of the enticing features our property has to offer.
The villa has lots of external living area with outside lounge furniture, table and chairs and high quality sun beds with tables. Ideal for families with a large walled lawn area suitable for children's games. A cot and high chair are available if required at no extra cost.
A traditional BBQ completes the outdoor living experience. Facilities also include washing machine, iron and board plus all the essential kitchen appliances such as microwave, fridge freezer, proper oven/grill/hob etc.
Broadband and Wifi Internet included along with Internet TV.

*** As of December 05, 2025, the Greek government have replaced the old “bed tax” with a new tax that is applied to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece. The Climate Resilience Levy is a response to the devastating forest fires and floods that Greece has experienced in recent years, with the government hoping to generate extra funding that will go towards financing reconstruction, supporting victims, and increasing the country’s defences against future natural disasters.
