Summary:
Gorgeous home in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with spectacular views of nature! This house sits on an acre of property with so many activities: volley ball, chipping green, fire pit, foosball, basketball hoop and more! We are a 5 minute drive to Downtown Geneva, a 7 minute drive to the lake and less than 10 minutes from Hobart William Smith. Wine touring with your friends or spending quality time with your family? This house is the place for you!
The Space:
This is the the best house Geneva has to offer! Nestled on a cozy, private cul-de-sac, this home is beautiful and spacious with plenty of outdoor privacy and loads of activities.
Nature's View has 5 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a full eat in kitchen open to the living room, a large dining room, second living room/game room, and a full laundry room. On the bottom floor, you walk into the entryway where you will find our welcome information. To the left, you will see the once formal living room turned game room with a foosball table and plenty of board games for rainy days! Downstairs there is also a spacious kitchen as well as the living room. This kitchen has an island, perfect for cooking and eating with family. To the right of the kitchen you will find the dining area which can seat up to 6 people without feeling crowded. Off to the left, there is a bathroom with a shower, as well as the first floor bedroom that sleeps 2 with a queen size bed. Also located on the first floor is a laundry room and a half bath.
Up the stairs, you will be facing a queen size bedroom with plenty of closet space. To the right the master bedroom with a king sized bed and connecting bathroom. Down the hall you will see the two other bedrooms, one full size bed and the other two twin beds. Every room has an AC, fan, ample closet space and TV.
Outside in the back, there is a deck with a grill (propane provided) for outdoor cooking, a closet full of outdoor games and plenty of outdoor seating. On the grass you will find a fire pit, volley ball net and chipping green at the end of the property. To the left there is a basketball hoop and court for a pick up game with friends! This large flat lawn is perfect for corn hole, frisbee playing or just having a picnic.
Rain, snow or shine this house has it all, and will not disappoint!
