Located in a well established historic neighborhood, near parks, restaurants, theaters and wineries, this beautiful property is truly one of a kind. The modern and peaceful decor sets this special property apart from most. Warm accents, comfortable surroundings, beautiful fixtures and top of the line appliances make this unique property a perfect get away. Centrally located in the Rogue Valley, rivers, lakes, wineries, hiking trails, and great restaurants are just minutes away. Free high speed WiFi and large smart television to watch your favorite streaming services. Please keep in mind that the property has direct access to a swimming pool and hot tub. Access to the water from the cottage is NOT protected by fence or gate. The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained on a weekly basis. If you would like to use hot tub please let us know at least 1 hour prior to the time you’d like to use it so that we can have it ready for you. The pool and hot tub hours are 8 AM to 10 PM.
