The secluded, private setting gives access via a wooded pathway to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, close to the Abel Tasman, popular Kaiteriteri Beach and the cafe-restaurants of Marahau and Kaiteriteri.
This holiday home is spacious. Set across 2 storeys with 2 living areas and offering sleeping for up to a maximum of 6 adult guests. A large lawn is perfect for games and fun and the property adjoins the estuary with a private high-tide beach that is ideal for supervised fun with the kids.

**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
- Maximum Guest & Vehicle numbers - Please note that a maximum of 6 guests only are permitted to stay at this property with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Visitors are not permitted here.
- Tidal Access - At times of particularly high tides (Approx 1~2 times each month), the access road will be covered with seawater for a short period of time around mid-day & mid-night.
- Tank water supply - we ask that you be thoughtful with water use. Conservation is particularly important through our dryer Summer months.
- WiFi & WiFi Calling - We now have high-speed Starlink Internet here! Cellular coverage is poor here - Use Wireless Calling instead.
- Vehicle access to the beach is not permitted. The beach is pedestrian access only.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
