Negative: The location is great. However, the address should be provided more clearly to prevent taxis from dropping you off 2 km away from the actual place. There was an issue with the lighting, as only about half of the lamps were working, and one room had no working light at all. We had to swap bulbs from other rooms. A few basic amenities would be a good idea. For instance, a dishwasher tablet, a few coffee capsules (especially since the Lavazza machine requires a specific type that can be hard to find), a bottle of mineral water, and perhaps a bar of soap. Arriving late at night in an unfamiliar area, it's difficult to find these items. Otherwise, the apartment is well-located, spacious, and high-quality.
