Summary: The Hotel Osai is a beautiful hotel that is meticulously clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My issue with the hotel is there was no staff onsite during the day. They were unavailable if you wanted to purchase water or any refreshments. There are no local restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. We tried finding them and came up short. The streets outside the hotel were dirty. I tried calling an Uber for transport and there were none available. On the good side, the onsite chef is excellent, his food was delicious, and the breakfast was delicious as well.
